RCSL a simple idea

Regulation Compliance Services Ltd was founded by Paul Wood after recognising how difficult it is for smaller companies to devote the required resources necessary in order to be compliant with all UK & EU Health & Safety Regulations. He decided all companies should have access to the required Knowledge and Experience. Out of this simple idea RCSL was born.

The Simple Truth

In 2013/14 there were 10,119 Enforcement Notices issued by the Health & Safety Executive (up 15% on Last Year).

In 2013/14 the HSE had a Prosecution Rate of 89% resulting in Fines of £16.7 Million an Average £18,966 for each Offence.

In 2013/14 some 1.2 Million people were recorded as suffering from Work Related ill health at a cost of £14.2 Billion.

In 2013/14 some 28,234 Days were estimated to have been lost to British Industry an average of 15.6 Days per Case.

In 2013/14 an estimated 707,000 Injuries at Work were recorded, 78,000 reported under RIDDOR to the HSE.

In 2014/15 142 people were killed at Work, with an estimated 13,000 Deaths each year from existing Work Related Lung Disease.
